Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Tampa Bay's mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. BBBS Tampa Bay is part of the nation’s largest donor and volunteer-supported mentoring network and holds itself accountable for children in its program to achieve measurable outcomes, such as educational success, avoidance of risky behaviors, higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships. BBBS provides children facing adversity – often of a single or low-income household or families where a parent is incarcerated or serving in the military – with strong and enduring, professionally-supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that defend the potential that exists in every child.

The Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation is the principal operator of two educational programs: the Chi Chi Rodriguez Academy and First Tee – Clearwater, as well as two public businesses: the Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club and Chi Chi Rodriguez Driving Range.
The target group for Foundation’s activities is children ranging in ages from 7 to 17. We currently serve more than 3,600 children in our programs. Up to one hundred and twenty-six (126) of those are students that attend the Chi Chi Academy, a privately supported public school in partnership with the Pinellas County School Board for students who have been identified as at risk of dropping out of school. First Tee - Clearwater is one of three Tampa Bay area chapters and serves over 3,600 participants. Life Skills Experience programs are offered in seven local elementary schools, as well as at the Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club and Chi Chi Rodriguez Driving Range.
At First Tee – Clearwater, we’re Building Game Changers by empowering kids and teens to be the best version of themselves. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with character-building, we create learning experiences that help kids uncover their inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that they can carry to everything they do.

Clearwater Free Clinic (CFC) is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit primary care clinic serving the uninsured, low income, under served in Pinellas County. We provide comprehensive, no-cost care—including primary and specialty visits, behavioral health, diagnostics (labs & imaging), outpatient procedures, medications, care coordination, nutrition and diabetes education—to neighbors who would otherwise go without.

Coffee Uniting People (CUP) is Tampa’s first inclusive coffeehouse chain, employing and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. CUP, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is focused on creating workspaces that celebrate inclusion, acceptance and opportunity for people of all abilities. 80% of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are unemployed and we are determined to change this, one CUP of coffee at a time. We ensure our employees succeed by teaching them valuable job skills through specialized training tailored to each individual. With the guidance and mentorship of our exceptional managers, our employees, who have often been underestimated by others, develop confidence, independence, and a true sense of belonging in the community. By allowing them to demonstrate their abilities, CUP shows not only our employees but the community at large how valuable these individuals are to our society and that an inclusive community benefits everyone, not just individuals with disabilities.

Cornerstone Family Ministries exists to make a lasting and positive impact in the lives of economically disadvantaged children and their families here in our Tampa Bay Community. We provide quality early childhood education, nutritious meals, and nutrition education, along with the love of Christ to the children we serve directly at our Rosa Valdez Learning Centers and 150 other childcare centers we sponsor thru the Childcare Food Program. To ensure families can continue moving forward, we offer scholarships to our Rosa Valdez children so they can remain in our care even if their parents lose eligibility for state assistance due to a modest income increase. Our approach is a true hand up—empowering children and families with the foundation, stability, and encouragement they need to thrive and build brighter futures.

Kiwanis empowers communities to improve the world by making lasting differences in the lives of children. Kiwanis strives to be a positive influence in communities worldwide — so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them, and provide the support they need to thrive.
The Kiwanis Club of Dunedin is the members who volunteer for the foundation. We help children from pre-natal through high school. We have programs in the local schools to promote leadership in the future. K-Kids in elementary, Builders Club in Middle School, Key Club in High School. We also award college scholarships to high school seniors. We are involved with and support many of the other children's programs and those needing assistance in our community.

Fostering Hearts FL empowers youth in the child welfare system by providing a safe, nurturing space focused on closing educational gaps, increasing graduation rates, and supporting lifelong success and employment. Through our safe classroom, GED program, continuous mentorship, trauma-informed education, and strong community partnerships, we equip youth with the tools, resources, and confidence they need to thrive beyond the system.
Our nonprofit strives to raise the graduation rate for children in the child welfare system. Our programs, GED programs, reading programs and life skills support as well as emotional support help them thrive in their communities and gain more opportunities to be strong members of society.

The Hernando Firefighters Benevolent Relief Fund is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting local firefighters and their families during times of illness, injury, or personal hardship. All funds raised are used to assist sick and injured firefighters throughout Florida and to give back locally by sponsoring youth sports teams, supporting community charities, and hosting our annual “Shop With a Hero” Christmas event, where we help 150–200 low income and foster children receive gifts and essential items during the holiday season. Through these efforts, we strive to make a lasting positive impact on those we serve and protect.

Healthy, safe, strong children, teens and adults is the vision that has guided MORE HEALTH Inc. since 1989, reaching over 4 million school-aged children. MORE HEALTH, a 501(C) 3 nonprofit organization, develops effective health and safety lessons, trains high-quality instructors, and delivers those lessons to students in Pre-K to 12th grade. MORE HEALTH was started by Nancy Crane and the Junior League of Tampa as a 3-year project. Since 1992, MORE HEALTH has partnered with Tampa General Hospital, and became a non-profit organization in 1997. Stay In Step Brain and Spinal Cord Recovery Center (SIS) is a veteran-founded nonprofit organization. In 2008, during a combat operation in Afghanistan, decorated Special Forces Chief Warrant Officer Romulo “Romy” Camargo sustained a gunshot wound that left him paralyzed from the neck down. Romy’s journey to recovery included countless surgeries and rehabilitation appointments, inspiring the organization’s creation.
Since then, the center has grown and added more services to aid in rehabilitating its clients. Stay In Step offers a unique long-term outpatient rehabilitation facility that specializes in providing activity-based exercise programs to individuals with spinal cord injuries (SCI), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), stroke, and/or other neurological disorders causing paralysis. SIS stands out above the rest for its supportive, family-like atmosphere. The dedicated staff at SIS has put in effort to establish a motivating setting, incorporating advanced therapeutic techniques and innovative approaches to inspire clients. The primary goal is to enhance their functionality and overall quality of life.
Our mission is to provide a STEP forward to recovery through long-term rehabilitative care, treatment, and hope to all our clients (veterans & civilians) whose lives have been impacted by a spinal cord, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and/or any other neurological disorder. We seek to create a motivating, nurturing, faith-centered environment where our clients and their families can learn how to overcome limitations and navigate their challenges together.
