    Our mission is to cultivate thriving communities by empowering small businesses, especially those in underserved areas, through boot camps and classes designed to accelerate their growth. We are dedicated to fostering innovation and sustainability by providing a growth-stage-focused incubator that nurtures entrepreneurial ventures. Our tailored programs aim to build a robust talent pipeline by offering apprenticeships and mentorship opportunities, fueling workforce development and ensuring a bright future for everyone.   • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay
    Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Tampa Bay's mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. BBBS Tampa Bay is part of the nation’s largest donor and volunteer-supported mentoring network and holds itself accountable for children in its program to achieve measurable outcomes, such as educational success, avoidance of risky behaviors, higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships. BBBS provides children facing adversity – often of a single or low-income household or families where a parent is incarcerated or serving in the military – with strong and enduring, professionally-supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that defend the potential that exists in every child.   • Charity Polo Classic
    In early December 2011, founding members came together to create a charitable event to combine their love of philanthropy and polo to benefit our community. The Charity Polo Classic is focused around bringing awareness to local charities.   • Children's Dream Fund
    The Children’s Dream Fund makes dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses living throughout West Central Florida. From puppies to playgrounds, special trips to meetings with celebrities, we help every child referred to us by area hospitals. Dreams vary as much as the personalities of the children we serve. They may involve meeting a celebrity, a trip, a gift such as a computer or playground, or our most-requested dream, a week at the Give Kids the World Village, which enables a child to visit all of the Orlando-area theme parks. The Children’s Dream Fund is not affiliated with a national organization. We do not telemarket to raise funds. Since its inception in 1981, the Children’s Dream Fund has made dreams come true for over 4,000 children. According to our most recent audited financial report, 87% of all expenses go to make children’s dreams come true. Over 50% of all dream costs are covered by in-kind donations.   • Connect-IT 360
    Connect-IT 360, with its award winning NGT360 program, serves young adults (14-18) in the Tampa Bay community by providing critical skills, mentoring, and real-world experience to empower them for successful futures.   • Cove Behavioral Health
    Cove Behavioral Health supports our community’s overall wellness by providing accessible and compassionate behavioral health care. Cove is committed to excellence in behavioral health care and to building a shared vision of hope for a healthier community. Cove was founded in 1973 and over the past 51 years, the organization has evolved into an expansive community-based behavioral health provider serving over 30,000 individuals in Hillsborough County and surrounding areas annually through prevention, intervention, and treatment of substance use disorders, mental illness, and co-occurring substance misuse/mental health issues. Cove serves the public, including youth, adults, the elderly, the indigent and low-income. Cove's behavioral health services include Prevention, Intervention, Residential treatment, Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient treatment, Medication-Assisted Treatment, Case Management, Aftercare/Recovery Support, and special programming that addresses Pregnant Women and their children, Trauma-Informed Care, Adolescents, Gender-specific issues, and those suffering from or at risk of HIV/AIDS.   • Dunedin Kiwanis Foundation
    Kiwanis empowers communities to improve the world by making lasting differences in the lives of children. Kiwanis strives to be a positive influence in communities worldwide — so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them, and provide the support they need to thrive. We provide programs in the elementary schools to recognize students who are Thoughtful, Enthusiastic, Respectful, Responsible, Inclusive, Friendly, Inquisitive, and Capable (TERRIFIC kids), children who want to do better in school by Bringing Up Grades (BUG), sponsor leadership clubs called K-Kids in the elementary schools, Builders Club in the Dunedin Highland Middle school, and Key Club in our high school. We adopt classes, award scholarships, support the Builders Threadz (a clothing store for children that need help), and school activities. The Kiwanis foundation also helps organizations who give help to children and their families in need. The House of Mercy & Encouragement, Kimberly Home, Dunedin Cares food pantry, and many others who ask for help. We also support teacher appreciation breakfast, Kids Art Day at the Fine Arts Center, and two Special Olympic teams, boxcar derby.   • Excellerated Teaching Academy
    Excellerated Teaching Academy (ETA) is dedicated to serving students with learning disabilities, sensory processing disorders, and developmental delays, particularly those from underserved communities. Our mission is to provide a tailored educational experience that addresses the unique needs of each student, empowering them to achieve their full potential. We advance our mission through a combination of specialized academic instruction and therapeutic support. Our state-of-the-art sensory room serves over 30 students annually, helping them develop critical sensory integration skills that are often overlooked in traditional educational settings. Our vocational rehabilitation and workforce program is progressing towards placing 33% of our students in meaningful employment or internships, providing them with the skills necessary for independent living. Since our founding, we have grown to serve 30 students annually, with 50% coming from low-income families. Our comprehensive approach ensures that every student receives the support they need, from personalized learning plans to community-based vocational training. This holistic model has resulted in significant improvements in both academic performance and social development, with nearly 90% of our students meeting or exceeding their individualized education goals.   • Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation
    A cancer diagnosis can change everything. For some, it may mean the added stress of financial hardship. The Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS) Foundation provides financial support to qualified adult cancer patients in the state of Florida for expenses such as rent or mortgage, car payments and car insurance, and utility bills. By giving patients peace of mind in knowing that their bills are being paid while they are undergoing treatment, the FCS Foundation allows them to concentrate on what really matters – fighting cancer.     Originally signed to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent in 2002, Ryan Nece was a part of the Buccaneers team that went on to win a World Championship that season in Super Bowl XXXVII. His football and business endeavors have certainly played a significant role in developing who he is as a person. Still, he believes his reason for waking up every day is to make a positive impact in someone else’s life.
