The 1Voice Foundation provides educational, emotional and financial assistance to pediatric cancer patients and their families in west central Florida. We fund and operate a pediatric cancer research lab under the direction of Cameron Tebbi, M.D., who is developing the vaccine for leukemia and receives no compensation for his full-time research in our lab and at Moffitt Cancer Center. our research partner. We testify annually before Congress and the Senate during Childhood Cancer Action Days on the Hill and we have partnered with Hillsborough County Schools Hospital Homebound program to open the 1Voice Academy, the first and only school in the United States for children with cancer.

The Alzheimer’s Association’s mission is to lead the way in ending Alzheimer’s and other dementias by accelerating global research, promoting risk reduction and early detection, and improving quality care and support. The organization provides direct assistance to individuals living with dementia and their families through a 24/7 helpline, support groups, educational programs, and caregiver resources. It funds innovative research to advance understanding, treatment, prevention, and ultimately a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. The Association also raises public awareness to reduce stigma and educate communities about brain health and early warning signs. Through signature events like the Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, it unites communities to raise funds and honor those affected. Additionally, the organization advocates for policy change and partners with local and national groups to strengthen care systems and build dementia-friendly communities.

The American Cancer Society (ACS) works to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, ensuring everyone has a fair opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.
A powerful example of this mission is ACS Hope Lodge, which provides free lodging to patients who must travel for treatment. The Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Hope Lodge offers a home away from home so patients can focus on healing without the added burden of lodging costs. By removing financial barriers, Hope Lodge provides comfort, stability, and hope during one of life’s most challenging times.

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Tampa Bay's mission is to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. BBBS Tampa Bay is part of the nation’s largest donor and volunteer-supported mentoring network and holds itself accountable for children in its program to achieve measurable outcomes, such as educational success, avoidance of risky behaviors, higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships. BBBS provides children facing adversity – often of a single or low-income household or families where a parent is incarcerated or serving in the military – with strong and enduring, professionally-supported one-to-one mentoring relationships that defend the potential that exists in every child.

CASA Pinellas is the lead domestic violence service provider in Pinellas County, dedicated to challenging the societal acceptance of domestic violence through advocacy, prevention, intervention, and survivor support. The organization operates a 100-bed emergency shelter, a 24/7 crisis hotline, and a Family Justice Center with 11 on-site community partners, while also delivering prevention programs and community education. Each year, CASA serves thousands of survivors, providing life-saving resources that help individuals and families find safety, stability, and hope.

CES Academy is dedicated to helping every student win and belong, guided by the belief that everyone deserves a chance to succeed in school and in life. With nine locations across Florida—primarily in the Greater Tampa Bay area, including Carrollwood, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Winter Haven, and Lakeland—CES Academy provides accessible educational support to underserved communities. The organization focuses on serving low-income areas and specializes in supporting children with special needs. CES Academy is committed to creating inclusive learning environments where students can thrive academically and personally. The Chi Chi Rodriguez Youth Foundation is the principal operator of two educational programs: the Chi Chi Rodriguez Academy and First Tee – Clearwater, as well as two public businesses: the Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club and Chi Chi Rodriguez Driving Range.
The target group for Foundation’s activities is children ranging in ages from 7 to 17. We currently serve more than 3,600 children in our programs. Up to one hundred and twenty-six (126) of those are students that attend the Chi Chi Academy, a privately supported public school in partnership with the Pinellas County School Board for students who have been identified as at risk of dropping out of school. First Tee - Clearwater is one of three Tampa Bay area chapters and serves over 3,600 participants. Life Skills Experience programs are offered in seven local elementary schools, as well as at the Chi Chi Rodriguez Golf Club and Chi Chi Rodriguez Driving Range.
At First Tee – Clearwater, we’re Building Game Changers by empowering kids and teens to be the best version of themselves. By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with character-building, we create learning experiences that help kids uncover their inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that they can carry to everything they do.

Clearwater Free Clinic (CFC) is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit primary care clinic serving the uninsured, low income, under served in Pinellas County. We provide comprehensive, no-cost care—including primary and specialty visits, behavioral health, diagnostics (labs & imaging), outpatient procedures, medications, care coordination, nutrition and diabetes education—to neighbors who would otherwise go without.

Coffee Uniting People (CUP) is Tampa’s first inclusive coffeehouse chain, employing and empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. CUP, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is focused on creating workspaces that celebrate inclusion, acceptance and opportunity for people of all abilities. 80% of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are unemployed and we are determined to change this, one CUP of coffee at a time. We ensure our employees succeed by teaching them valuable job skills through specialized training tailored to each individual. With the guidance and mentorship of our exceptional managers, our employees, who have often been underestimated by others, develop confidence, independence, and a true sense of belonging in the community. By allowing them to demonstrate their abilities, CUP shows not only our employees but the community at large how valuable these individuals are to our society and that an inclusive community benefits everyone, not just individuals with disabilities.

Cornerstone Family Ministries exists to make a lasting and positive impact in the lives of economically disadvantaged children and their families here in our Tampa Bay Community. We provide quality early childhood education, nutritious meals, and nutrition education, along with the love of Christ to the children we serve directly at our Rosa Valdez Learning Centers and 150 other childcare centers we sponsor thru the Childcare Food Program. To ensure families can continue moving forward, we offer scholarships to our Rosa Valdez children so they can remain in our care even if their parents lose eligibility for state assistance due to a modest income increase. Our approach is a true hand up—empowering children and families with the foundation, stability, and encouragement they need to thrive and build brighter futures.

Kiwanis empowers communities to improve the world by making lasting differences in the lives of children. Kiwanis strives to be a positive influence in communities worldwide — so that one day, all children will wake up in communities that believe in them, nurture them, and provide the support they need to thrive.
The Kiwanis Club of Dunedin is the members who volunteer for the foundation. We help children from pre-natal through high school. We have programs in the local schools to promote leadership in the future. K-Kids in elementary, Builders Club in Middle School, Key Club in High School. We also award college scholarships to high school seniors. We are involved with and support many of the other children's programs and those needing assistance in our community.

ECHO creates long term solutions with neighbors in crisis. This is accomplished through one-on-one job coaching, robust resource navigation, and self-shop emergency food and clothing.
Over the past five years alone we have assisted 952 neighbors with finding employment while serving over 80,000 neighbors through their Emergency Service Program. ECHO has been successful in keeping up with demand, but the need for additional support and connections cannot be overstated.

Emerald M Therapeutic Riding Center is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children of all abilities through equine-assisted therapies and programs. Serving children from nine counties across Central Florida, we provide programs that foster physical, emotional, and cognitive growth in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.
Our participants include children facing a wide range of challenges: physical disabilities, developmental delays, emotional and behavioral struggles, trauma, and chronic illnesses. Through the power of horses, these children gain strength, confidence, coordination, and emotional resilience. We also support families and caregivers, offering hope, healing, and a community of understanding.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) serves all of Pinellas County with the mission of leading coaches and athletes into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. The organization is active in 23 high schools and reaches over 4,000 students each week across the county. FCA focuses on teaching students the importance of serving others and giving back to their communities. Additionally, FCA partners with local businesses and churches to provide team meals and sponsorships for equipment to support high school and recreational sports teams.

Madi’s Movement is a Tampa Bay–based nonprofit that supports teens and young adults aging out of foster care. Many of these individuals enter adulthood without stable housing, transportation, career opportunities, or a reliable support system. The organization helps bridge this gap by providing mentorship, life-skills training, and career readiness programs. Their work focuses on five key areas: education, employment, independent living, driving, and wellness. Through individualized coaching, community partnerships, and meaningful events, they help young adults build confidence and stability. Ultimately, Madi’s Movement empowers participants to move from crisis to self-sufficiency while strengthening the Tampa Bay community.

As part of Gulf Coast JFCS’s commitment to protecting the vulnerable and strengthening families, the Heart Gallery partners with local artists and community organizations to help children in foster care waiting for adoption create compelling Heart Art and personal stories that help raise awareness and inspire community members to open their hearts and homes. Through outreach, advocacy, and education, the program connects children available for adoption with families while also fostering a sense of hope and belonging for some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

The Hernando Firefighters Benevolent Relief Fund is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting local firefighters and their families during times of illness, injury, or personal hardship. All funds raised are used to assist sick and injured firefighters throughout Florida and to give back locally by sponsoring youth sports teams, supporting community charities, and hosting our annual “Shop With a Hero” Christmas event, where we help 150–200 low income and foster children receive gifts and essential items during the holiday season. Our organization is dedicated to empowering the community from the ground up by raising funds and building meaningful partnerships that support local children, promote animal welfare, and provide critical relief during times of natural disaster. A key initiative is our annual golf tournament, which brings the community together to benefit nonprofit organizations making a local impact. Last year, the tournament successfully raised $24,000 for Pasco Animal Services, directly supporting animal welfare efforts in the region. This year’s tournament will take place on April 27 at Cypress Run Country Club, with proceeds benefiting Metropolitan Ministries. Metropolitan Ministries is committed to providing urgent relief and essential support to local families in need.

Healthy, safe, strong children, teens and adults is the vision that has guided MORE HEALTH Inc. since 1989, reaching over 4 million school-aged children. The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) is the first organization dedicated to fighting pancreatic cancer comprehensively. Our mission is to take bold action to improve the lives of everyone impacted by pancreatic cancer by advancing scientific research, building community, sharing knowledge, and advocating for patients. For over two decades, we’ve grown a nationwide movement to tackle the disease through patient support, research, advocacy, and community building.
Pancreatic cancer is the 10th most commonly diagnosed cancer in the U.S., with more than 67,000 Americans diagnosed in 2025 and a five-year survival rate of only 13%. PanCAN accelerates early detection, advances promising treatments, and provides resources for patients and families facing this devastating disease.

Project Focus is a Tampa-based nonprofit dedicated to helping young adults with developmental disabilities achieve independence through education, life skills, workforce development, and community inclusion. Serving more than 170 students and young adults daily, Project Focus supports primarily low-income families through programs such as Focus Academy Charter School, Focus Day School, and Focus Forward Adult Day Training. Its comprehensive approach includes academic instruction, vocational training, job coaching, mental health supports, and drama therapy to build confidence, communication, and emotional well-being. Project Focus also works closely with the Tampa Bay community to create inclusive opportunities, including a mixed-use residential community and partnerships that connect participants to employment, volunteering, and meaningful community engagement.

Ready For Life (RFL) was started in 2009 as a grassroots effort to help young adults stuck in a terrible situation - alone at 18, facing adulthood without family to turn to for guidance and a sense of belonging in the world. RFL serves Tampa Bay area teens and young adults, ages 15-25 (and their children – where applicable) who are in foster care or have already transitioned out of foster care and are on their own. We are a solution based skill center supporting former foster care youth in homelessness prevention, crisis stabilization, education & employment, and lifeline support networks.

Stay In Step Brain and Spinal Cord Recovery Center (SIS) is a veteran-founded nonprofit organization. In 2008, during a combat operation in Afghanistan, decorated Special Forces Chief Warrant Officer Romulo “Romy” Camargo sustained a gunshot wound that left him paralyzed from the neck down. Romy’s journey to recovery included countless surgeries and rehabilitation appointments, inspiring the organization’s creation.
Since then, the center has grown and added more services to aid in rehabilitating its clients. Stay In Step offers a unique long-term outpatient rehabilitation facility that specializes in providing activity-based exercise programs to individuals with spinal cord injuries (SCI), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), stroke, and/or other neurological disorders causing paralysis. SIS stands out above the rest for its supportive, family-like atmosphere. The dedicated staff at SIS has put in effort to establish a motivating setting, incorporating advanced therapeutic techniques and innovative approaches to inspire clients. The primary goal is to enhance their functionality and overall quality of life.
Our mission is to provide a STEP forward to recovery through long-term rehabilitative care, treatment, and hope to all our clients (veterans & civilians) whose lives have been impacted by a spinal cord, traumatic brain injury, stroke, and/or any other neurological disorder. Superfit Kidz foundation was established in 2008 as a children’s nutritional awareness and exercise program that promotes a healthy lifestyle through unique physical activities, nutritional programs, education and fitness events.
Superfit Kidz both manages, implements and sells signature programs targeting children and families, organized youth groups, accredited schools, healthcare professionals, fitness facilities and health insurance companies. Superfit Kidz has pioneered a fitness program for children of all ages. These children, with reinforcement from parents and role models, must learn a healthy and active lifestyle from the beginning and learn to love a healthy lifestyle. The partnerships we create facilitate an educational, fun and innovative delivery system of safe and effective exercises for children of all ages.

SVdP CARES is a non-profit organization committed to ending homelessness: making it rare, brief, and one-time.
With “Housing First” principles at the core, all SVdP CARES programs are built on the belief that everyone has the right to live in dignified and affordable housing with a healthy disregard for all community-perceived barriers to housing including employment history, criminal/credit background, mental health, addiction, or religious practices. SVdP CARES works to rapidly house those experiencing homelessness within 30 days and concurrently connect them to resources and stabilization support services to assist their needs.

The Kind Mouse Mission assists families in transition and their chronically hungry children while developing the next generation of volunteers to carry on the mission of The Kind Mouse. No
hardworking individual and their family should ever go hungry.
Hungry children, crying babies and frightened parents is the population we assist. Little ones suffering from chronic hunger and/or food instability with parents trying to make ends meet, but their wages and government assistance just do not cover the bills, and now these families are also dealing with huge food and rent increases. We see firsthand the suffering of children who are hungry.
We assist with this tragedy by providing nonperishable foods to over 15 local agencies and the Pinellas County School District. The agencies and educators identify and assign the children in need to us. We then deliver snack packs consisting of three small meals weekly directly to the schools and provide after school, weeknight, and weekend food to local agencies for their hungry population 52 weeks a year. We have seen the growing increase in infant food insecurity. The Kind Mouse added infants & toddlers to their roster in 2021 providing baby food and formula. In 2024 The Kind Mouse fed over 149,000 hungry tummies. Since 2012, the Kind Mouse has fed over 1.2 million hungry tummies!

Our Mission is to give culinary or hospitality high school students of Pinellas County scholarships to pursue their dreams in those fields just as Ryan was going to. We also donate money to Tarpon High, Northeast High, Hollins High, Osceola High, Lealman High and Bayside High schools.
We have awarded over 175 scholarships since the start in 2005 and in total with monies to the school the sum is closing in on two million dollars awarded. We have provided funds and resources for students to prepare over 6,000 meals donted to the Homeless Empowerment Program, ecuated and fed local families in need and have created over 4,000 hours of volunteer opportunities for students at charity fundraisers.

The Skills Center (TSC) provides sports-based youth development programs that motivate at-risk students to learn, build positive behaviors, and succeed academically. Programs include afterschool and summer programs, sports leagues, skill development, educational support, and alternative school programs, with a focus on Title I schools. Partnering with local schools and organizations, TSC serves over 1,000 youth annually, achieving outcomes such as 100% on-time grade promotion, 80% program retention, and 100% high school graduation.
